Because our pieces are designed as one-size, relaxed fit garments, we encourage customers to carefully review sizing details before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer store credit under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be:
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging

If approved, you will receive store credit for the value of your item (excluding shipping).

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or used items
• Items returned after 7 days
• Final sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Fit Note

Our MuMu Moods dresses are intentionally designed to be oversized and flowy, fitting a range of body types. Please review our size guide and model references before purchasing.
